Ahmed Al Dhahry qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the US and holds a BA from Seattle Pacific University.

Rashed Darwish Ahmed Saif AlKetbi holds a Bachelor of Commerce Science from Indiana University (USA 1984) In addition to the MBA from Saint Louis University Management (USA 1986). Currently he holds a number of distinguished positions, including:

Previously he served as Financial and Administrative Director of Darwish Bin Ahmed & Sons (1995-2012), and Assistant Undersecretary for Financial Affairs and Administration at the Ministry of Health (1991-1995) in addition to the post of chief financial officer and management company Saif bin Darwish (1986-1991).

Dr. Mohammed Ali Al Hosani is the CEO of Global Gate Financial Services and CCO of Amwal International Financial Brokerage & Bonds LLC. Prior to this, he was Assistant General Manager of the Treasury Department of Abu Dhabi Investment Company. He also served as Deputy Director of the Treasury of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. In addition, he was Board Member and General Manager of Abu Dhabi Free Zone Authority. 

Dr Hosani is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute UK. He holds a PHD Degree, Doctor of Philosophy, Business Administration from the University of Berkley, Michigan, USA.

Mohamed Saeed Abdulla Al Qubaisi is a distinguished business investor with a sound judgment in investments and a proven track record of successful investments on both regional and global levels. Al Qubaisis varied areas of business expertise span from the oil field to insurance, banking, educational, public works, and several other arenas. He is the owner, chairman and board member of a number of establishments in UAE, both local and international.

Mohamed bin Ali Al Dhahry started his career as a Customer Relations Manager at Ali & Sons Automotive Company and Director of ABT (Sports Cars). He is currently the Assistant Vice Chairman of Ali & Sons Group of Companies, Al Ain Branch and the General Manager of Skoda.

Mohamed bin Ali Al Dhahry has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the New York Institute of Abu Dhabi and a Higher Diploma in Finance from the Higher Technical College of Abu Dhabi.
